Miraval

With Miraval we wanted to give a nod to nostalgic Mesa Verde but also capture the modern design influences found in the property architecture. To capture that nostalgia we brought in some hand-made water color artwork depicting classic items like barbecues, plants and chairs. The one of a kind designs connect to the timeless architecture and bring a hint of artisanal design to the aesthetic. The result was a branding campaign that pre-sold every single home offered at well above normal prices for the area.
